ABOUT MEDITATION

Come and enjoy the many wonderful benefits of meditating, which can:

  • quiet your mind so you will peaceful & calm
  • heal you from within, whenever you feel overwhelmed, unstable, or emotionally shut down
  • decrease feelings of anxiety and stress
  • sharpen your ability to focus and concentrate
  • connect you with your higher wisdom
  • improve your thoughts from negative to positive

Yoga and Meditation teacher – Tamara – will lead the next 6 weeks of classes, which will incorporate both meditation and breathwork.

This is a free class, however a donation to Got Your Back Sista on the night
would be greatly appreciated.

Bring:   Light jumper and socks
Age: These classes are open to individuals however recommended age would be 13 years and older
