JOIN US for a weekly Meditation class at Got Your Back Sista Village HQ, Tighes Hill.
Come and enjoy the many wonderful benefits of meditating, which can:
- quiet your mind so you will peaceful & calm
- heal you from within, whenever you feel overwhelmed, unstable, or emotionally shut down
- decrease feelings of anxiety and stress
- sharpen your ability to focus and concentrate
- connect you with your higher wisdom
- improve your thoughts from negative to positive
Yoga and Meditation teacher – Tamara – will lead the next 6 weeks of classes, which will incorporate both meditation and breathwork.
This is a free class, however a donation to Got Your Back Sista on the night
would be greatly appreciated.

Age: These classes are open to individuals however recommended age would be 13 years and older
