Yoga and Meditation teacher, Michelle Nolan – is leading a 6-week program of Meditation, Mindfulness and Soft Yoga on Monday evenings at Got Your Back Sista’s Village HQ in Tighes Hill.

Research shows that there is many wonderful benefits of meditating. Meditation can:

  • heal you from within and calms you, whenever you feel overwhelmed, unstable, or emotionally shut down;
  • decrease feelings of anxiety and stress;
  • increase feelings of calmness and positivity; and

Each week, Michelle will cover a different topic during the meditation class: Mindfulness, Meditation and Soft Yoga
