Yoga and Meditation teacher, Michelle Nolan – is leading a program of Meditation, Mindfulness and Soft Yoga at Got Your Back Sista’s Village HQ in Tighes Hill.
Research shows that there are many wonderful benefits of meditating. Meditation can:
- heal you from within and calms you, whenever you feel overwhelmed, unstable, or emotionally shut down
- decrease feelings of anxiety and stress
- increase feelings of calmness and positivity
Each week, Michelle will cover a different topic during the meditation class: Mindfulness, Meditation and Soft Yoga
