WLS NSW provides specialist legal services relating to domestic violence, sexual assault, family law, discrimination, victim support, child protection, human rights and access to justice. Newcastle Women’s Domestic Violence Court Advocacy Service
Provides women and children experiencing domestic violence with support, advocacy, referral and information as they negotiate the legal system and to help put an end to violence.
Law Access
Law Access NSW is a free government telephone service that provides legal information, referrals and advise.
Hunter Community Legal Center
The Hunter Community Legal Centre (CLC) provides free legal advice to people who live, work or study in Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Port Stephens, Great Lakes and Hunter Valley regions. Legal Advice is available by phone and face to face.
Family Advocacy Support Service (FASS)
FASS provide services in risk assessments, safety planning, referral processes and case management support to clients.
