Unmask & Breathe – join us for a morning of yoga and mindfulness.

This Domestic Violence Prevention Month Got Your Back Sista is educating the community about respectful relationships and domestic violence.

This Domestic Violence Prevention Month we’re taking a moment for mindfulness at Merewether Beach with professional yogi, Michelle Nolan.
At 8am on Sunday the 21st of May, join us on the sand for a morning of yoga and mindfulness, where we will practice a flow of yin yoga and guided meditation, designed to help you find calm and inner peace.
This practice is beneficial for all, however particularly for people who have experienced trauma and abuse, with take home techniques to sustain in all environments.
This event is proudly supported by Blue Door, who are providing each participant with a coffee to energise and fuel their weekend. Thank you Blue Door for your generosity!
All participants will also receive a ‘Say No to Domestic Violence’ GYBS shirt!
Tickets are $20 per person, with limited capacity. To purchase your ticket click here –Unmask & Breathe Tickets, Merewether Beach, Merewether | TryBooking Australia
